Effective 4 September 2026 · Version 1.0
Labelo Print does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and makes no network connections of its own.

None. We operate no servers and receive no information about you or your use of the app. We cannot identify you, and we hold no records relating to you.
The app stores the following locally on your device, and nowhere else:
This information stays in the app's own storage on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere, and it is deleted when you delete the app. If your device has iCloud Backup enabled, it may be included in your own device backup, which is governed by Apple's terms and controlled by you.
The app uses Bluetooth for one purpose: to discover your thermal label printer and send label data to it. It does not use Bluetooth to determine your location, and it does not record, profile or transmit information about any device it encounters. iOS asks for your permission before the app may use Bluetooth; if you decline, the editor continues to work and only printing is unavailable.
Labelo Print offers one optional in-app purchase, which unlocks unlimited printing. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your name, payment details or Apple Account. The app asks Apple whether a purchase exists for the device's Apple Account and receives only a yes-or-no answer, which is not stored by us. Apple's handling of the transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app contains no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, analytics services or trackers. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected. We do not engage processors, and no data is transferred outside the EU or anywhere else.
As we process no personal data, no legal basis under Article 6 GDPR is engaged. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR) are available in principle, but we hold no data to which they could apply. Data held on your device is under your own control and is removed by deleting the app. You may contact us at any time at the address above, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 16. It contains no advertising and no social features.
We retain nothing, as we collect nothing. Data stored on your device is protected by the operating system's own app sandbox and by whatever device encryption and passcode you have enabled.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published at this address with a new effective date and version number. Material changes affecting how the app handles information will additionally be noted in the app's release notes.
